Stuart DiMartini has been admitted to the bars of the State of New York and the State of New Jersey since 1987. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1987.
Mr. DiMartini has always believed that it is most important to stand-up for people in their time of need. One of the best ways for him to do this was to help people that have been victims of accidents. Even before entering law school, Mr. DiMartini worked for a major New York plaintiff’s medical malpractice law firm in Long Island. Since then, he has devoted his entire legal career to the practice of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation.
Over the years, Mr. DiMartini has been associated with prominent New York and New Jersey law firms while at the same time continuing his private practice, which was established over twenty years ago. This has allowed Mr. DiMartini the ability to provide his clients with the close personal attention afforded by smaller firms, while at the same time having the punching power of the larger firms behind him. This combination helps to enable Mr. DiMartini to get his injured clients the maximum recovery they deserve.
