Since 1987, Stuart DiMartini has been prosecuting plaintiff’s personal injury claims on behalf of his injured clients in both New York and New Jersey. He is a skilled personal injury courtroom advocate, and an experienced appellate counsel. Mr. DiMartini believes in the need to support, help and stand-up for people in their time of need. As a lawyer, he is best able to help victims of accidents seek recompense for their injuries. As such, he has devoted his entire legal career to the practice of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation. He does not practice in other areas of the law, and instead focuses on getting his injured clients the maximum compensation for their injuries and other damages.

Office Manager
Andrea DiMartini is the firm’s Office Manager. Since 1994, she has assisted Mr. DiMartini in representing people injured in New York and New Jersey accidents.
